    I'm Patryk Wasilczyk, an experienced fitness trainer dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. With over seven years of industry experience, I aim to provide top level guidance to my clients by applying practical and effective methods. Starting in 2016 at Equinox in Brooklyn, I gained a deep understanding of clients needs and embraced continuous education by attending numerous seminars over the years.

    After Equinox, I became an independent trainer, offering one on one sessions in Brooklyn and online coaching through PW Coaching. Now my goal is to bring the same approach to Naddy Daddy Fitness

    Hi, my name’s Alex Wach. I was a competitive 400 meter sprinter in high school and college and have been strength training for 16 years. I first started coaching in group fitness classes; some of the hardest studios in NYC including Tonehouse and Barry’s. After seeing the flaws of group training (the lack of form and structure), I decided to transition to one on one personal training of which I’ve been coaching for over 7 years. In addition, I’ve been a fitness model for almost 10 years, so I’m familiar with how to attain your dream physique. Alongside fellow Coach Patryk, I believe that if you want amazing results, you need a proper lifting program and nutrition plan to streamline your journey.
